Sample Maintenance Schedule

Here is an example of what our annual schedule would look like for any given job.  

This report would be kept in the customer's file. You can also generate a task list like this one for each month or each unit rather than the entire year. The monthly task lists would be given to your technician as he went on each visit. The technician would check off the completed tasks and return the form to you.  

The technician would also record the amount of time they spent on the job so you can update the actual record in the database for future comparisons.
