Downloading Files

Word File: When you open the form under this section it will open as a Microsoft Office file associated to the MS Word Program as indicated. This will allow you to perform the "Save As" command, to save the document name of your choice as well as editing for your company's particular needs.

PDF File: Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free program for viewing documents, available from Adobe. This will allow you to view and print out the document, but not to edit and make changes to the document. If you wish to make changes such as adding your company name and logo to customize the document, you will need to open the document in the MS Office Document suggested above.
