A brief description of the Programmed Maintenance portion of a service agreement.

Programmed Maintenance Labor

The agreement includes the labor necessary to perform the recommended tasks for each piece of equipment listed in Service Estimator.  A service agreement that includes programmed maintenance also, by default, includes the test & inspect labor.

This type of service agreement is far superior to the Test Inspect agreement.  It provides for the actual protection of the equipment.  It will not stop break downs but will substantially reduce the frequency of them.
